I was a typical scientist, immersed in the world of nanotechnology. I lived with my husband and two dogs, often thinking to myself, “This is my life. I worked hard for it, I survived a lot, and I shouldn’t want more than I have.” While it was enough, my structured life lacked color, excitement, and joy. At 40, I decided to make a change. I enrolled in a painting school and simultaneously began a six-year program to become an integral body psychotherapist. This unexpected fusion of art and psychology allowed me to explore and express the unspoken depths of the human experience. Through my art, I capture what often remains unspoken, resonating with those on their own journeys of self-discovery.
